Has anyone seen the book, Google Hacks?

I hesitate to type copyrighted material. On pages 374-375, Brett Tabke offers somewhat of a "formula" for SEO. I'm just wondering if anyone here's seen it, and has an opinion...

"Google Hacks" (to quote from the intro): Hacks are considered to be "quick-and-dirty" solutions to programming problems or interesting techniques for getting a task done...to shine a light into some of the overlooked corners of Google's offerings. In other words, hacks.

The SEO template is a "general recipe" for optimizing a website for Google, things like (I won't list them all): Use your targeted keyword phrase
  • In META keywords. It's not necessary for Google, but a good habit. Keep your META keywords short (128 characters max, or 10 keywords).
  • In META description. Keep keyword close to the left but in a full sentence.
  • In the title at the far left but possibly not as the first word.
  • In the top portion of the page in the first sentence of the first full paragraph (plain text: no bold, no italic, no style).
  • In an H3 or larger heading.
...and so on.

Does that answer your questions? That was MY question, and request for opinions...

I know what hack means...Don't try to discuss it here. Huh? What are you trying to elaborate anyway? Is that your answer on SEO Formula? That is not SEO formula that's a SEO Onpage Optimization... Opinions for Google hack book is what you say?

Can you give me the link of it at least that book really exists?

My Goodness.. That is not hack that is only tips and tricks.. Oh my.. what the heck is that by the way...

I don't trust that Book... If ever I received a report that Googles Services have been really hacked because of this book... I think I will buy this myself...

I suppose there may be differences of opinions on the definition of "hack"

I won't get into that with you...but anyway, I'm still curious as to opinions on the template, if ANYONE ELSE has seen it, which judging by responses, no one has. Thanks anyway, senor.
