I think the best advice I can give you is link to sites with quality same keywords as well as using the keywords you want in your own link back to your site. If you want the word arcade try making a link with arcade on an arcade site linking back to you.

If you don't have any idea about Keyword linking, try to review in SEOBOOK. It really helps you a lot. Start at the beginning until you succeed.

the main purpose of doing SEO in your site is to gain traffic as traffic can be converted to potential visitors. IMO, Page rank is really nothing, its the page hits that matters so i'm more concerned with it

when your site rank with your targeted KWs in the first page of google...
your site is much visible now to the visitors...
and you will probably get a better hits...
so IMO, SERP is important to have a better hits...
