Semi-automatic submission software is the best because you get the benefits of automatice without the risks. Guys, what about all the rumors that google is penalizing directories. How do you think this impacts on directory submissions?

hhhmmm, some of the automatic submissions are submitting on sites w/ the same IP's and having sites that links to you w/ the same IP will make Google think that there's something going on and it might make the links less important. I'd still go for manual submissions and choose what sites to submit at... Automatic submissions might hurt your site if as I've said from above if the sites submitted at are of the same IP's and I'f the sites submitted at contains many unrelated links.

well you'll never know unless you guys try it...in the case of leftybogs.. he tried it and it works and nothing bad happen..

so in conclusion.. it depends on automatic submission tool... besides there are some tools that you're the one who are going to select which directories you want to submit your site...

Automatic submission is not advisable to use...especially if the site needs to enter the captcha.
