Hello,
Does Google consider Page loads only,or also unique visitors to a site,to place in search results.

Page Rank is the main factor.

Basically, yes. The higher PR having web sites usually on top, but not always it's true.
I thought you know that already, weird.

theres alot of site that has higher PR yet not rank that well on SERP...
and there are also site that don't have PR and have a good SE ranking..

well as you've said not always... LOL... of course i know that..

where have you been..?

What Page Rank is the main factor? I think not, both onpage and offpage factor affect the web positioning (SERPs) PR is just only quality backlinks.... Proper Anchor text, quality backlinks and other factors affect this SERPs.
