New Site Need Help

Hi there
I'm completely new to web design and all things web - however I have created a site using Mr Site software it's called BEAUTY BOOTCAMP - Beauty Bootcamp Home.
I've put in the meta tags of the obvious key words etc..however when i put in 'beauty' and 'bootcamp' into Google the site will only come up if i put my name 'liz' by it too, and at that it's only page three that comes up - the site has been live for six weeks now and has had over 3000 hits as I've been emailing the link but if you just put in the words it's a dead end - any advice much appreciated. Liz

should be decrease the length,...
if the "scroll bar" are long..,have the annonyances to users.

first thing to do is think a keyword that would best describe on you site, then try to find out the numbers of searches and numbers competitive you have. keywords must not be a link bomb which out related to your site.

you have to compete for those keywords to rank well... maybe you should read more about SEO...

First of all prepared a list keywords u want to optimize for. then try to optimize your site for those keywords.

Yep, get the keywords sorted first, guess that's really going to be your first step. Then have a look at getting some back links sorted to your site.

after you prepare for your keywords,try to submit your site to different sites related to yours.

Select the not too high competitive keywords if your site is new. It's hard to compete for your keyword if you are targeting the high competitive keywords.

after you gather all the keywords,, place the keywords on the most appropriate place and remember not to repeat it many times in a single page... avoid keyword stuffing...
