Duplicate Content - Help!!!

I have 2 websites with the same content but with different meta tags (Title and Description) The design is a bit differents as well

My client is using a CMS and it looks complicated to change any content.

Both website have different URLs and they must be singly indexed.

What can I do?

revise whole content of your other site...

Because It would sacrifice your SERPS or Delete the other site, so that it would
not affect to your other site.

you have to create unique content in each site.. it would be a problem if you wouldn't change the other content of your site...

Kurt is right, you have to make both sites unique. Change text, make it so that it brings same idea with different words, it may help.

Yup, sacrificing one content of a site would affect only one site but if you will not do that they'll both suffer so do what they say and create another one and promote it sooner you'll see a better result.

Since you want to index both site, the best thing you can do is to change your content. Create something which is unique and informative..Having a quality content will increase your credibility and bring even more visitors to your site..

try to change the content of the other site search engine might ban your site for using mirror site even doe it is not, try to update your site regularly search engine likes sites that has a fresh content and updated regularly.

Ditto... Agree, with toinkzzz.... It is useless if you have duplicate you must change all of the contents of your other site...

Most of the suggestions are correct, make your contents unique, before you get penalized for duplicate content...
