Redirection and alias

Hello,

My website is www.stefanocislaghi.it and I've two other domains www.stefanocislaghi.com and www.stefanocislaghi.eu that actually redirects (rewriting url) to my .it domain.

Is this a good thing for SEO or should I manage alias domains in another way?

it is good if your promoting your .it site, by the way are those site have different content?
