Guys, I need some knowledge about off-page optimization and Do you guys know which one is fast and better off-page or on-page. am just beginner in this SEO world, so all the masters out there please help me out. suggest some website where I can find SEO lesson!!!

Theres alot resources/results online.. use google search...

can't recommend any particular site for that.. i usually read any article that i can found... so that i can sort whats the most recommended seo technique/strategies..

this are some tips:

on page:
- emphasize targeted keywords
- update it regularly
- make interesting news/articles related to your site

off page:
- directory submissions
- forums postings
- link exchange with related sites

in seo there's a balance you should be doing between on-page and off-page management...

Indeed, so my suggestion is if you want to be a good seo, as much as possible you must not do BH technique!

On page and off page optimization go hand in hand... you can't separate one from the other or you won't get the results you want...
