Well getting on with the topic i want to contribute that well inspite of high pr you are not getting on top of search ranking take example of http://greetings.123india.com .You can take a look at the page .It has got quality links but its position is same.May be google had some other analogy. how do you know when google will be updating ranks? cos i'm looking forward to seeing where my site will be next time it's done. it's 0 at the moment lol, but i've been promoting it a lot
