whats the most link one can submit in one Day?

And will one get penalize if they submit too many links?

But what about these blog, directory

its ok to gather more links... the question is if spider going to crawl those links on that particular day... besides some submission and other link link building usually takes time...

its ok to submit as long as you want,. as long as you are submitting in different directories,. what will make your site to be penalized is excessive linking or submitting your site many times in just one directory ,.

You can submit your link as many as you can.....but it's better to submit it in a high PR directories...

You can submit unlimited links but try not to submit again and again in the same directory.

Yeah you can submit unlimited to the directory in a day but make sure it is different from one another because if it is all the same, probably the reviewer will considered it as spam and not approved it...But submission will take time to be approved so you need to be patient...

there are no limits you can gather backlinks as many as you want, the only problem is that it would take some time before the spider crawl all of your links

If you think your doing too much in directory submission then do other off-page factors like forum postings and so on,. Don't just focus in directory submission as there are lot more factors to do
