I would like to know, what is web common log format and what is the use of it ?

also what is omniture and what is the use of it ?

Omniture is company that produces web analytics software:
Web Analytics - SiteCatalyst | Online Business Optimization by Omniture

I'm not sure about web common log format but it may be related to Omnitures software.

Thanks!!!!! but still am wondering. Omniture is a free tool ? is it like googleanalytics or statecount.....

Can we use the tool on our website ? If yes please let me know the steps to do...

Weblog format is similar to awstats ? I guess u know well about awstats.

as far as i know its also web analytics... but i haven't tried it yet..
