If I we're you, I will just spend my money on SEO company, you will have more benefits and advantages rather than an automated service with no assurance.

That's advisable especially if you don't have enough knowledge in SEO or you don't have time to do manual link building. There are many SEO companies out there which can really help you, try to check out SEO-SOLUTIONS....

Ok, i am starting manual submission. But can anybody give me automated submission software for increasing link building.

Better stick in what you're doing right now...
No need to use automated submission software...
Read all the posts in this thread and you'll notice that most of them does not favor automated submissions...
