Good post. Keep in mind Google reads and takes into consideration the text around the link as well as on the page which the link is linked from.

Well, I don't consider TeamCreatives as a Non- Keyword Anchor just for the resaon it the Most Important Keyword for your domain and itself is the Domain Name. Sorry..I don't agree!!!
