Its going to be a tough battle that you have to face...
Its really hard to prevent such acts of copying ones property...
These kinds of activities happens most of the times...

If you're really sincere in taking some necessary action especially if a huge interest is at stake...
Report it to Google or file a DMCA case to the owner of the site who copied your contents...

I suggest to contact the person who copy your content and tell them to put your link on the posted content.

That is a better idea however I think it is hard to make do you think that the owner will admit that the content he/she has is only a copy cut???

I think this is a good one, but the person who copied it will surely deny that he copied the content like what Avril said! I will do this first step and he will not agree with it then that's the time I will repost him!
