if you want to get quality backlink try to search for some related niches you have and send them an email that you want to make trades with them.

^ Link baiting is using a "bait" to make people want to link your site. Examples of this "bait" are interesting articles, promos, contests and give-aways - anything that will garner enough attention.

As opposed to link exchanges where you ask someone if you can link to their site with a promise that they would link yours too.
