Hi..
I am new to seo and I have acquired a lot of techniques here.
I was wondering if you could help me once more by telling me how group submissions can help and where can I find them...

you can join groups in yahoo, msn and google... then post a catchy topic so that

groups memders will read your post

its somehow help to gain traffic on your site

it help with your backlinks also....

agree with them...group posting is a big help to boost traffic and at the same time backlinks...

i tried it and the traffic is not that big deal.. i prefer forum posting...

group submissions can help you get traffic and some group have a do follow links like msn and others have a no follow attribute like google groups.

same with bogs.

online group submissions doesn't generate an acceptable amount of traffic for my site.. probably bec. they are prone to spams and members just ignore the posts
