When I Search For My Site Name, I Get A Forum Linking To Mine Which Is Above Mine, Strange, Google Should Do Something On Their Page Like Link Submission Instead Of Going Throuh Other Sites.

It reminds me of this one person that contacted me and said you have alot of links in your directory.. I know I do I have over 2800. you may want to watch that with google.com. I laughed and said the following:
A reciprocal links directory is going to have many members in it. Look at www.linkmarket.net . LOL . Especially when its like a little search engine that allows for site search of the members in the directory..

Hi I just joined this forum today mainly because my website rankings have tanked lately on google and I need answers.

Although I am still listed in Google I have lost ground on my main key words such as work from home and business opportunities. I'm wondering how I can be in the top 10 one month and gone completely the next. It has been brought to my attention that you can be penalized for over optimization which is what I think has happened.

My question is if I cut down on the number of times a specific Key word appears on my site can I possibly get my sit back in the top 10 or once a site has been penalized for a crtain keyword is it impossible to to regain a good ranking again?

Big No NO, this is a old school trick and will hurt you in the SERPS. It is very easy for the spiders to see this.

Hi there I decided to joined this forum because I want to know more regarding search engine optimization I’m only a beginner for this kind, I hope you can help because I know that everyone here are capable regarding SEO . One thing, how can I get more inbound links, If there any a right way or proffer procedures in getting more inbound link? So that I’m not penalized
