Googlebot does not index all pages

I have a Google sitemap with no errors - I don't understand how some pages that have a link from my home page for about 3 months have not yet been indexed. I thought that Googlebot would find all links from the homepage and add them - can anyone help?

May be there is a shift on Google Algo (Google Dance)..thats why u don't find ur site..continue adding backlinks and fresh content.

Try to make changes (@ content and internal linking) in web pages which have not been yet indexed by Google. And then, again update your Sitemap and re-include it.

is there any no-follow/no-index on those page?

It doesn't have no-index or no-follow on the page that isn't indexed - I will just have to try updating the page and adding more internal links.
