google sees a folder in my site but not the root?

So I have offroadingsubarus.com. But google only searches offroadingsubarus.com/forum. The strange thing is it shows all results in webmaster.beverleypaine.com fine which is where offroadingsubarus.com is stored. The domain is just linked to there.
I've used the addURL in google with webmaster.beverleypaine.com and offroadingsubarus.com. I think I might of added offroadingsubarus.com/forum as well. I'm not entirely sure.

All I'm after is an explination on why Google would see the forum folder and index it but not the rest of the domain. But still indexes the rest of it in the other location?

Have you done any redirection on website like if I check with "info:www.offroadingsubarus.com" on G. Then, it is giving me webmaster.beverleypaine.com/ .

Create a XML Sitemap for this website and submit it in Google Webmaster Tools. And check, what google has to say about it?

I started without the domain name just on webmaster.beverleypaine.com. But then I got the domain name and it was masked over webmaster.beverleypaine.com. I then got it setup better so it pointed to the right IP and was no longer masked thus allowing it to use the address bar properly on offroadingsubarus.com to show the full address.

I'll do what you suggested later whne I have the time. Thanks.

Not sure how long google is suppose to take but I figured a week is enough. So I added the site map 8 days ago. Google crawled the site 7 days ago. But it still doesn't show on google.

Does anyone know if there is a rule in the google engine that doesn't allow multiple domains and if there is, is there a way of getting around it? Even taking my old sub domain address off and adding the new doamin name?

I think you must do some on-page optimization on your site that will focus on your target keyword. Your site will be index depending on your target!

Not completely sure what you mean about the target. I just can see how Offroading Subarus - Brats, Brumbys, Wagons, EA81, EA82 gets to the top of most popular search quieries that the site is writen for but the domain Offroading Subarus - Brats, Brumbys, Wagons, EA81, EA82 which leads to the same path as the webmaster address doesn't show on google at all. Yet Forum - 4WD Modifications - OffroadingSubarus.com - All Discussions does. Google will not crawl my site as offroadingsubarus but only as webmaster.beverleypaine.com. I can't see how changing anytihng on the site will change this is I get high on the google search engine already.
