I was having problems with the search history not the browser history. The three options on mine have the what I enter in forms and search bar on the same check box. So, I can either keep my search history and forms or not. Can't do one without the other.

did you re install your firefox? try to re install it i am sure that there is something wrong with your firefox.

The initial problem was already fixed. He didn't need to reinstall firefox for something as trivial as that.
