Urgent HELP! Is this correct ?

My web hosting company has just transferred my site over to another server - now I can't find my site when I type the URL http://www.spartium.com - i've told my hosting company and they say that it's do do with my ISP and that it's caching an old page - however, I've gone into my Explorer and deleted all cached pages and I still get the message:
================================================
The webpage cannot be found
HTTP 400
Most likely causes:
There might be a typing error in the address.
If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date.
What you can try:
Retype the address.
Go back to the previous page.
Go to and look for the information you want.
More information
This error (HTTP 400 Bad Request) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the web server, but the webpage could not be found because of a problem with the address.
=================================================

Can some of you test my URL and let me know if you can load my site ok - this will help me eliminate the problem of it being my ISP.

Thanks

Teeny
