Yeah well only accept link exchanges from RELATED sites. Although a computer site linking to your football site is still considered as a one-way link and it adds to your credibility as a site. Well, as long as it's not a bad site linking back to you.

That's one of the big factor of quality links...

^ Yes it is important but you can't count out other sites just because they aren't related to your site. For example, you have a football site. A computer site links to you because it wants to show its readers the interface that you used for your site. Would you consider that a bad link?

3 way is also getting a one way link to your site which you will sacrifice the other site to get link.

In 3 way link exchange, there are 3 sites involved. For example, A, B and C are those 3 sites. You have the site A and B and you want to trade your A site to C. You add a link in site A pointing to site C but in return site C will add a link pointing to site B.
