What are 3-way link? In addition, how the form this gives me more information about it?

Right it is a link exchange concerning 3 sites...
Example you own site A and B...
A is you priority once and B is not really but also concerned...
Site C is your link exchange partner...
You will offer site C to put your link site A in the site...
And site C BL will be put in your site B...

(And obviously A and B are connected because its yours...)

It was stated in my previous post...
Also there are situation like this...
You have a site and a blog...
You can offer your link exchange partner to link your site in his/her site...
Then you will put his/her link in your blog...
But situation like that is very rare...
Because I think no one likes to be put their link in a blog while yours is in their site...
Site to site I think that's fair to them...

You have two sites, A and B. Another site, C, wants to exchange links with you. This is how 3-way link exchange work:

A links to B
B links to C
C links to A

In effect, all three sites have a one-way link pointing to them.
