no i have not used any tool for directory submission i have did manual it take four days for directory submission in 1500 sites

How old is your site? Reciprocal link exchange can be the cause here. Share the URL and that might give us better insights.

my site is just 4 months old and i did raciprocal link exchage for 15 sites out of 63 sites and for 45 sites i did free directory submission but my all 63 sites are banned here is the list of my all sites sms.seo - sites for links exchange

and i want to know one more thing how raciprocal link exchange should have bad effect

reciprocal listing may be good but it takes time to be posted, maybe you are not aware that there are sites link to yours that are banned by google or maybe you link to unrelated sites. exchanging links must be to relevant sites only.
