similiar affiliates links in a range of sites

hey guys I'm in the process of building a few sites which are all based around the various aspects of one theme. All the sites will be hosting on different ip's (incl. class c etc) i just need to figure out if using the same affiliate link i was given for to from my affiliate program with every site make it obvious that the sites will all belong to me?

each site has its own information of the relevant topic etc........but need to know if using the same affiliate code/ID will make google seem all the sites are naughty and gets rid of em all.
