Using firefox with the plugin tool seoquake, you can view sites which have follow and no-follow links making the success of link building greater.

example: going to a relavent blog seeing if links on that page follow, if so leaving a comment with a link to your website.

I've been using it until my google search engine displays an error where i need to input a captcha to continue my searching. And when I disable my seoquake, the google works already. I really can't figure out the problem. But anyways, seoquake is definitely a good seo tool.
