Why it takes too long to cache web pages?

One of the pages in my site Office coffee machines | coffee equipment suppliers UK | coffee espresso equipments cached on July27. After this Google hasn't visited the web page? What might be the reason?

have you accidentally barred robots from visiting it by making changes in the .txt file?
