How to get the Target Audience?

Hi guys!!! I recently promoting this australian based immigraton company.
http://www.nationalvisas.com.au/
Its the first time that i promote this kind of site..
Ive already done the SEO part of it.optimizing the page getting inbound links

The thing that really concern me is the true customer that im really targetting.
Besides from te yahoo group posting, what else should i do to get that targeted audience?
