Google's LSI algorithm ....

Does anyone know where I can get the detail information of the Google's LSI ranking algorithm formula ( … I guess it is commercial secret)? I fully understand what LSI is. However, I can not imagine how it is implemented into Google ranking algorithm, because LSI is based on VSM so does it mean Google computed the matrix of 6 billion ++ or maybe more web pages ? Thank you in advance for who ever replies.

I can't give you a site but yes I think they are computing the matrix of put-very-high-number-here web pages (one page as one variable). sorry but that's all I know about it.
