This would be an interesting option, but i don't know any mod that actually do this: wait for approval for posts with links. If anyone knows how could i do that, please tell.

of course, most users want a 'dofollow' website... just like me, I want to link to those 'dofollow' sites... but it is up to you if whether you want it to be a 'dofollow' or 'nofollow'

I think this is just too much over kill. Then you need to have an admin who just reads all posts and clicks the button. In my opinion, links is nothing bad if there is not too many of them. I like those forums where you can post your links in your signature because that is a way how people can share ideas. Quote:
