Site Blacklisted - need suggestions

Hello, this is my first post and I came across this forum while searching for information why our site has been dropped completely from googles index.

Let me start with a quick description about what exactly happened. Our site has only had minor changes in the last 6 months, and a few weeks back in the last google update, to our surprise our pagerank moved from 6 to 7. About 1 week ago, we got completely dropped from the google index. We used to have about 3,000 pages indexed by google, now it does not even show our own domain. We do not link spam, cloak, or perform any other such techniques to falsly increase our ratings. We have a lot of content (in form of tutorials) which is valuble to our industry and hence the reason we receive traffic from google. Every single page on our site is meant to be viewed by a human, and no pages have been created for the sole purpose of a search engine viewing it.

We have contacted google to see what they said about this, and received the following response:

"Hi Aaron,

Thank you for your note. Your page has been blocked from our index because
it does not meet the quality standards necessary to assign accurate
PageRank. We cannot comment on the individual reasons your page was
removed. However, certain actions such as cloaking, writing text in such a
way that it can be seen by search engines but not by users, or setting up
pages/links with the sole purpose of fooling search engines may result in
permanent removal from our index. Please read our Webmaster Guidelines at
http://www.google.com/webmasters/guidelines.html for more information.

Regards,
The Google Team"

The response is not too useful because we really have no idea what is the exact cause for our site being delisted.

Any suggestions people can provide would be greatly appreciated. Please note, I'm not looking to increase our rankings, pagerank, or other such means - I would just like to see our site listed back in google, and have allow the public to continue accessing our articles.

(the link to our site is in my signature)

Thanks!

Aaron

I see you have 2 white squares at the bottom of your page which can be hidden to the user but is visible to the search engine.

Also, your WHOIS page brings back a No Input file specified error of the sort.

Lupine1647 is very much correct, this is the main reason for google banning majority of sites (cause of invisible links)
