Real Estate Search Engine Optimization

I am a webmaster for a Charleston, SC Real Estate broker and I am wondering if anyone here can refer me to someone specializing in Real Estate SEO.

i cant say that i could recommend anyone who specializes in JUST real estate but i can offer up my thoughts on the subject.

i think PPC is def. the way to go as trying to optimize to be found naturally when it comes to real estate site is often difficult and nearly impossible.

what i have found is that most real estate sites or realtor sites are usually canned solutions supplied by whoever the real estate company that you work for is and it usually lives on their site. most of them consist of a homepage then links to offsite database and or URLS. pretty hard to optimize something that isn't in your control.

First let me preface this by saying that I think PPC is an effective way to get leads to your site, but in the long run, natural sem is the best bang for your buck...

guz843 - as far as finding a real estate seo - you shouldn't focus on that. Instead find a company or freelancer who can show you results in multiple industries, multiple search engines, and statisfied customers.

Depending on what you're willing to spend, PPC may be a better choice than site optimization.
