Keywords within keywords
Hi guys,
I was just wondering how much "keywords within keywords" affect search engine rankings. For example, if I am number one for keyword "X Y", would this increase my ranking for keyword "X" and keyword "Y" if searched for seperately? Or do search engines treat "X Y" as completely independent from "X" and "Y"? |

depends
If you're speaking about GoogleBot - I do not think he even uses the keywords meta.
the new MSNbot had been proved to use it and in that case you will need to seperate them, but keep in mind that some spiders do not like having the same word used more then 4 time total in a meta. |
