Not showing up for a Keyword

Hello all,

This is my first post here. I am having an issue with my vending machine website that I have been working on. Recently I made a change to the site, and now i am not showing up for one of our main keywords Vending machines. We are still ranking well for other keywords liek used vending machines, vending machines for sale, etc.....

The Change that i made was I was displaying this phrase "call 800-592-4220 for pricing" to an image that said the same thing and it removed the phrase. When i did that it seemed to fall off of google for that keyword i have been trying to get up in the rankings for. I were at 110 at one point then moved up to 50 and then after that change we fell off.

I took a suggestion to change it back. So what i did was put the wording back in to say "call 800-592-4220 for you low prices" with an image as a background so it would look the same. My boss like the way that it looked.

My site is still not showing up for that keyword. It seem to take only a day to take it off and forever to get back up. Will it ever come back up.
