cached keywords not correct

hope someone will be able to help me with this as i have no idea

i was ranked on the first page of google with the keywords double glazing essex but now i have been put onto page 6 and i cannot work out why, but when i checked my cached page google has on my site i noticed something strange. It only highlights one letter of the keywords and missed a few of the keywords off and i think this may have something to do with this.
