Page Rank Gone, but still listed

When I checked my page rank with http://___.com my page rank is N/A, when I check it with http://___.com/__.php it comes back as a 0. Previously, about two weeks ago, I had checked and my PR was 3, which has been my PR for the past three months.

I looked through my site for anything that may have caused me to get banned. But, when I searched on Google, my site was still coming up. I searched site:mydomain.com and I still had about the right amount of links listed on Google.

However, when I searched link:mydomain.com nothing appeared. I know Google page rank scores a site by how important it is, and they identify that by how many sites are linking them. Well obviously this is the problem, I search link:mydomain.com and nothing appears. But people are still posting my links on forums and website.

So late I assumed all my pages were listed as Supplemental, but I'm still appearing in first pages, second pages. Additionally, my website is full of conent and original, so being listed as Supplemental is unlikley.

The only other thing I can think about is Googlebot missed my website on the last update?

PR are not that important, don't focus on getting your PR much higher..Focus on having more backlinks and traffics to your website..
