Dear friends,

I've got a website with some articles there. If I create blog as subdomain or outside of my site and add there the same articles as in my main site would it be counted as duplicated stuff and therefore perhaps better not to do it?
The same regarding About me page - may I use the same info as in my main site?

I would really appreciate your advise on this matter.

Hi there,

Well; about your first issue, I would like to know whether the articles on your website are written by you or by other authors. If articles are written by yourself, then you can upload it to any other site (except for your current article site). Also, creating a blog is appreciated. But in case, the articles are not written by you, then you have to place a backlink of original writer/author's website, whose articles are used in your site.

Secondly, you can add About Me text to your main page, but it would be good to write HALF of the text on your main page and place a link of "read more", to let others read the whole about yourself. .

Feel free to ask anything if required.

Thank you Biz, so much for your reply! It seemed that I've answered on your kind comments in due time but I did not receive any warnings to look at a forum for answers. Now I am here again expressing my gratitude to you.
As I've understood I can make a links with paragraphs on my blog which I am going to create on my site to actually some pages on my sites. And in this way if I am able to promote somehow my blog it will help to increase a visibility of my site?

Any suggestions or tips how I can increase traffic of my site would be much appreciated.

If the articles posted in your site are your own writings, you can also post it to your blog..But to make sure just rephrase some part of the article and post it to your blog..

Thanks a lot. Just I am not sure what kind of % should be changed in my articles in the blog within my website. As I understood in the blog outside of my site the articles may appear only as first paragraphs with the link to actual articles? Would appreciate your futher clarifications.
