You may need to shorten your site's title, and not to target too much keyword for ranking. You can use wordtracker or adwords keyword tool to select which keyword for you to work on. Your title shouldn't be more than 65 characters for better SEO implementation.

I use mybloglog and Blogcatalog but the Bounce Rates suck and not much traffic anyway

There are so many strategies I know that would really help such as Forums, Traffic Exchanges, Classified Ad Sites, Social Bookmarking, Articles, Banner Exchanges, Directory Submissions, RSS Feed, Sponsor Events, Awards, Press Releases
