The 3 to 5 keywords in hundred words is the optimal keyword density that should be retained in the body of the content. But the keywords should be assimilated with the content without adversely affecting the flow of the writing. Having a keyword rich content is a plus point.

If your putting too much keywords then you'll have higher percentage of keyword density. This result to keyword stuffing. Its one of the result of black hat techniques. If your going to do this, Google might give penalties on you of else you'll be banned..
