Blacklisting - the illusive subject!

Can anyone answer any of these questions:

My site (www.hdc.uk.com) shows on Google.com but not when I search on Google UK pages only (which is what I need). Does this mean I'm blacklisted?

If so, can anyone see a reason why my site is blacklisted?

Once you're blacklisted, can you be removed?

If someone can answer any of these questions, I'd be extremely grateful!

It doesn't appear that you are blacklisted in Google -

What keyphrases are you looking to rank on in Google UK?

That would make it easier to determine why or why not your site is not found in that index.

Although our main searches include CD Duplication, DVD Duplication, CD replicationa and DVD replication, even when we search for "HDC" we don't appear on Google UK pages.

We appear when I search for the same words on Google all pages.

How can a webmaster check to see if his/her site has been black listed? I'm pretty sure mine hasn't because the googlebot frequents my site often and I have a page rank. (Granted that page rank is a factor of 2 heh). If your site is blacklisted, then it won't have a page rank at all and it won't appear in google under any search.

Am I right?
