Very nice design and the concept of the design fit for a nursing agency. But I guess there's a little bit inconsistency on the layout of the text. Try to group or class the small font to normal size font. And also find much better quality image for the banner.

To get an even better search placement in google you should increase your page rank. "How do I do that?" you may ask. Well, your page rank is based on the number of sites linking back to your site so if you can increase this Google will place more importance back to your site.

Also note, a page with a high page rank linking back to your site is very well regarded by google so its not a case that any old link will do.

I also note that you site is not xHTML compliant - you should aim for xHTML 1.0 transitional as this is a good comprimise between compliance and flexability in design.

Google likes xHTML compliance as its easier to index pages.
