not enough good.
i think banner is a little large.
for get more infos.,used scroll bar.
that's may be annoyance for users.

As I see it it's clean and professional looking, and for me the banner is not that large to cause such annoyance to visitors.

It is a professional good looking site. The design is clean, clear and used the web 2.0 web technology. But it iseems that your site is not optimized because there is no title, description and keywords in the meta tags.
