Review my new blogsite, please!

Hi guys,

I just spent 2 weeks making my first blogsite; Muscle Pain 101. Honestly, I'm not sure whether I'm just too biased now to make a good judgment on the design.

I need some help (especially those who are more familiar with web design). Please let me know your comments. I would appreciate all the help and sharp eyes.

Clean site add some gradient background I think and put a keyword because I found none try also to experiment with your banner's text.

Hi,
I think the site is cool, nice green colors in the heading image.
You could try to make that narrow down effect straight and see how it looks.
I would also put an image of a body or whatever your article is about in the top right corner and make it dark green or yellow (human skin color).
