As for the photos I think he's trying to attract visitor thru that, but do consider those who uses dial up connection they might find your site slow to load.

Nice web site, clean nice design, good work.
Althought, I've noticed, that many pages have empty titles.
As to speed, It took 15 sec, on 3G modem to load pages with flash.

loading is quiet bit slow, great header image, put hover on your navigation at every hotels / resorts.

i agree with munlytobako.. site that loads forever can make the viewers/readers to close your site without even reading it..

and also having different description on your footer can also help..
"Innovative concepts, upgraded facilities and world class service, all form part of Cuba Hotels Goa’s." this sentence is much better if you put on the Picture Gallery only.. think of another sentence that you can put below the about us and reviews & comments

actually your site is great..nice photo, very attractive but the only problem is the loading..it's too slow..your visitors might get bored of waiting and
possibility to abandon the site..
