Why are all posts individually moderated? Seems kind of childish or waste of time.

well its bcoz of some spammers... you know...!! can't really avoid it..

I encounter that thing when I do classifieds ads posting.. that's pretty normal though.. Because they don't want to tolerate spammers...

in my opinion, every forum/board has to be moderated. including each and every post. cant help it when there are so many spammers.
