A couple of suggestions. When the site loads the flash part or the loading... thats in flash do you know how the gradients move across the bar? Its like blue to dark blue change that so it fits with the header...like tan to dark tan.

When the flash part loads its blue and light blue. Change those colors as well its very difficult to see. When I put my mouse over the button like links or something it turns to a light blue this does not go very well with the white.

If you fix this and maybe move the ads somewhere else you will have a neat organized site. For now its a bit hard on the eyes. I like the simplicity of the layout though.
