Unable to add image to a community

Hello, BRi have a small community, i am unable to add a picture to that community though. Whenever i try to add an image i get the message: "The filename that you have entered is incomplete. Please specify a drive letter or use the browse button."
The image is following: http://resto2.home.cern.ch/resto2/Images/kebab.jpeg
436 x 266 pixels - 25k
I can save it to any directory on my computer and try to add it but it still gives me the note that filename is incomplete. Where should i save it? Are there any special requirements concerning the image?
Please help, my community is called "Rakvere kebab"
