Orkut has been blocked in UAE by ETISALAT , the 1 & only ISP here...ny otherways to get orkut????

I am from Dubai ,UAE. The ISP has blocked Orkut in UAE. Though the local Google representative is approaching the regulatory authorities, it may or may not accept to unblock Orkut.The reason for blocking is some complaints by a few parents of their kids accessing adult communities on Orkut...one such being 'Dubai Sex', the news of which was splashed in newspapers in Dubai.
I had found another site thru which I could login but the same has been blocked by my office.
My questions are...
1. Is there a way that I can bypass the office server to login the site??
2. Is there any proxy sites through which we can access Orkut??

I shall be obliged if someone from Google can clarify this.
