Orkut blocked in Dubai, UAE

As everyone knows,Orkut is banned in Dubai,UAE. This was due to pressure from some local parents about their kids accessing Adult Communities,viz, 'Dubai Sex' on Orkut. The news was splashed all across daily newspapers.
As I understand, the local representative of Google is in touch with the regulatory authorities but chances look bleak of Orkut being unblocked.

Also, I had forund a site thru' which I could loging Orkut,dispite the ban but the site is unaccessable from my workplace. I can login from home through this alterante site.

Can you help me with the following:

1. Is there any proxy site to login Orkut other than orkut - Login?
2. How do I login from office if the site is blocked by the service provider at my work place?
