I have a problem that when i log on a message will come about enabling cookies but my cookies in my browser are enabled

Have you tried using Firefox:
http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/

Or what not try updating your IE 5 to IE 6.

Nice idea. I had a lot of problems with cookies in IE and now with Firefox no more problems.
